Shelthorpe Dynamo.
Asfordby Development, Asfordby Village, Clawson Kings, Loughborough 3rd, Measham Welfare Reserves, Quorn Rangers, Ravenstone United Reserves, Rothley Imperial, Shepborough United Reserves, Thringstone Miners Welfare Reserves and Wymeswold Reserves, also joined the league.

- Thringstone Miners Welfare to the Leicestershire Senior League.
- Castle Donington Reserves to the Midland Regional Alliance.
Sutton Bonington Academicals were absorbed into Sutton Bonington (both teams were in the Premier Division)
Clawson Kings, East Leake, and Shepborough United also left the league after this season.
