Rolls Royce & District Reserves joined the league, this coincided with the two Rolls-Royce Mountsorrel teams leaving the North Leicestershire Football League so I think Rolls-Royce may have amalgamated all their teams to into the two District League teams.
Earl Shilton Town Reserves and Loughborough Rovers also joined the league.
