- Holwell Works Reserves resigned from the league in September. This was due to the club changing its own rule on the number of players allowed who were not employed by Holwell Iron Works.
After the season finished the following teams moved from the league:
- Earl Shilton Social Institute to the Leicestershire Senior League.
- Oakham United Reserves and RAF North Luffenham to the Rutland & District Football League.
Enderby Town ‘B’ also left the league after this season.
