- Brush Amateurs started the season but resigned from the league in October. They played in the Loughborough & District Amateur Football Alliance next season.
After the season finished the following teams moved from the league:
- Hinckley Gunners to the Nuneaton & District Amateur Football League
- Loughborough United Reserves to the East Midlands (Regional) League
Loughborough Colleges left the league. I’m not sure if they played in a league the following season but they did join the Derbyshire Premier League for the 1971/72 season.
