Ibstock Penistone Rovers and Leicester University College.
Desford Colliery and South Leicester Amateurs are both newly formed clubs.
Bugess Products played in the Hinckley Factory Cup the previous season but I could find no record of them playing in a league.
Rugby Town & Rugby Oakfield merged under the Rugby Town name. The reserves took the place of Rugby Oakfield in Division One of the Senior League (the previous season both Rugby Town & Oakfield reserves played in the Coventry & North Warwickshire Football League)
