Coalville Town, Hinckley United Reserves, Moira United, Shepshed Albion and Sileby Victoria, who all played in the league before the war, rejoined the league.

- Loughborough Empress Works resigned in September, but went on to play in the Loughborough & District Amateur Football League.
- Loughborough DS & S were a new club who replaced Loughborough Empress Works. They resigned from the league in January.
- Loughborough YMCA resigned from the league in November.
