- Whitwick White Cross withdrew from the league during the season, they did not play league football again until after the war in the 1946/47 season.
After the season finished the following teams moved from the league:
- Gresley Rovers to the Burton & District Football Association
- Quorn Methodists to the Loughborough & District Amateur Football Alliance
RAOC Oadby and RAPC Woodhouse left the league at the end of the season.
