An article in the Leicester Evening Mail on 27th July 1942 says that all matches were played so I may be missing the result of the match between COD Old Dalby and Loughborough College.
  • Whitwick White Cross withdrew from the league during the season, they did not play league football again until after the war in the 1946/47 season.

After the season finished the following teams moved from the league:

  • Gresley Rovers to the Burton & District Football Association
  • Quorn Methodists to the Loughborough & District Amateur Football Alliance

RAOC Oadby and RAPC Woodhouse left the league at the end of the season.
