At the end of the season the league was disbanded and all the clubs moved to other leagues.
- Coalville Town, Hinckley Town, Hugglescote Robin Hoods, Leicester Fosse Rovers, Loughborough Athletic and Shepshed Town helped form the Leicestershire Senior League.
- Finedon Revellers, Kettering Reserves and Rushden Town Reserves joined the Northamptonshire Football League.
