The Midland Football League was formed in the 2014/15 season as a merger between the Midland Alliance and the Midland Football Combination. The Premier Division sits at step 5 in the Non League Pyramid.

Leicestershire teams have taken part in each season that the Midland Football League has existed.

The league also hosts the Reserve, Development and Under 21 teams in it’s separate non first team divisions. (teams are not listed on this page as they change frequently but can be seen on the season pages).
