Hugglescote Robin Hoods were due to play Syston Wreake Valley but it appears this match was never played. Syston were having problems completing their Leicestershire League fixtures so they may have forfeited this game.

Gresley Rovers were due to play Loughborough in the First Round but according to report in the Leicester Daily Post (26th January 1891) and Leicester Daily Mercury (23rd January 1891) Loughborough scratched their tie.
