What do we know about this league ?
For the early seasons I have quite a bit of information in terms of who won the league and the participating teams, however I have little information from the early 1950’s onwards.

At the end of the 1906/07 season only five teams were left, three of whcih moved to new leagues for the next season. I can’t find any reference to the Market Harborough & District League until the 1910/11 season.

For the 1939/40 season a constitutio was proposed but the league went into temporary suspension from early September due to the outbreak of the Second World War. The suspension of games lasted seven seasons with the league returning for the start of the 1946/47 season.
